1:1 Personal Training is the most personalised, intimate and intensive training experience that Look Good Naked Co. offers. Michael prides himself on creating a strong, personal & professional bond with all clients, generating a space for genuine support of personal growth & development.
Michael has over 3000 hours of experience in developing customised training & nutrition programs to suit the goal of the client. If you have a physical goal in mind, Michael can make a plan to get you there and will support you every step of the way. Michael has successfully worked in the following areas:

- Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning (Boxing, Rowing, BJJ, Rugby, AFL)

Michael has over 10 years coaching experience, included 3 years of Personal Training. In this time he has not only pursued education through structured academics, but also in the art of coaching itself. It’s on thing to have the knowlegde, it’s another thing to understand how to best apply the knowledge on a client-by-client basis.
