H.I.I.T with Mick

Is a series of 1-hour High-Intensity Interval Training style workouts, run 3 times a week by Mr Look Good Naked himself. Guaranteed to get your heart rate up and working hard, these classes are perfect for:

  • Anyone feeling ‘lost’ in the gym and needing direction
  • Those who are looking for a short, sharp & effective workout (that they don’t need to think about)
  • Those looking to increase their cardiovascular fitness & strength
  • Those who want training direction without the full cost of Personal Training packages.
  • Anyone who wants a motivation boost/build a social network of like-minded people!

Each class is 1 hour in length (15 minute warm up, 30 minutes HIIT, 15 minutes stretching) and allows time for group-based discussion around any gym/nutrition topics desired by participants.

Classes are run at 9:30 am on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. There are no sign on fees, or minimum sign on periods, just pay as you go.
